What does Loyfin do?

Loyfin adds tokenization to existing loyalty programs. Customers can move eligible value from a brand account into their wallet with Add to wallet, then burn it with Add from wallet so the brand can credit that value back to its offchain account.

Does Loyfin replace our existing loyalty platform?

No. Your existing system remains the source of truth for customer accounts, eligible balances, and support. Loyfin provides the tokenization, transfer, settlement, and receipt layer around the value you choose to make portable.

Do customers need to understand crypto?

Customers use a compatible wallet and authorize wallet actions, but they do not need to understand smart contracts. The product experience can stay focused on balances, fees, expiry, gifts, transfers, and redemptions.

What can a brand control?

Brands control which value is eligible for tokenization and can enable or disable issuance, redemption, and transfers. They also define expiry, metadata, official utility, and marketplace royalty settings.

How do brands earn revenue?

Under the current fee policy, brands receive 50% of the protocol fee on every issuance and redemption. Brands can also configure royalties on compatible secondary-market sales; a separate relayer fee rewards transaction submission.
